In the city of Rosario, a group of parents who were falsely accused of abuse—and who remain barred from maintaining contact with their children—filed a lawsuit against the professionals. This situation led to the intervention of the Supreme Court of Santa Fe and the formation of a working group with prosecutors and the College of Lawyers. In this context, in La Plata, criminal defense lawyer Lucas Bianco formalized a new criminal complaint in recent hours to investigate the possible existence of reports prepared by the professionals in various family courts of the La Plata Judicial Department. The lawyer warned about the institutional seriousness of the facts and the impact on fundamental rights, stating that “the case raises a strong question about the use of psychological evaluations in family conflicts and the risk that tools designed to protect children end up being used to their detriment”. In La Plata, March 26 (NA) – A criminal complaint was filed this Thursday against former federal judge Carlos Rozansky and the psychologists P.B.A. and G.R.S. for the alleged preparation of fake abuse reports to separate parents from their children. According to the document accessed by the Argentine News Agency, the organization may have had the purpose of “creating false psychological reports on minors whose parents have been accused of abuse, in order to sustain unfounded accusations and prevent contact between the children and the other parent”. The reported facts would not be isolated.
